There is a new off road track opening in knoxville TN. First race as of now will be on the 1st of May. Pics to come soon.

We are using an AMB lap counting system. So far the classes are electric stadium truck, Nitro Stadium truck, 2wd buggy, novice, and possibly 4wd 1/10 buggy.

Directions to the track from Hobbytown USA:
Take I-75 north to I-640 East to Ashville
Take the Broadway exit.
Turn left at 2nd light on exit ramp.
Follow Broadway toward union county about 5.5 miles
Turn in at the Mill Branch office park accross from Tractor Supply
Go to the end of Mill Branch road.
You will see the track in the bottom at the end of the road.

110v power is supplied, racers need to bring their own tables and chairs there is also plenty of parking.

Here is a pic of the track. Its finished except I am adding another jump or two and I have to finish picking up rocks around the track.

Racing will start at 1:00 on saturday. The first race is free for everyone because I figure that there will be a few bugs that will have to be worked out, so just to get things going and so you don't feel like you've wasted your money if something gets screwed up then it will be a free race.

The railling on the rack is corrogated pipe and all the lanes are at least 10 feet wide, most are 12 ft. If you are coming please post so I can know what to expect.

Anyone whe would like to come and practice on the track this week is welcome to do so. I should have all the rocks off the track by this sunday afternoon. If you come please let me know what you think.
