Thumbs up track builder in MA/RI

Im looking into offering my services of building outdoor RC tracks. Does anyone know what the best suface matariual would be?I think bluestone dust would be good.Also i would ad that im offering the first few tracks at cost.I own a bobcat and small backhoe with grade blade.
