Easy question...NorCal Hobbies in Union City, CA. The asphalt track was laid in one pass...There are absoltutely no seams or bumps on the track. Has a drag strip, indoor carpet track and is soon adding off-road racing course.

All that and the best asphalt.

Would have said Ripon Raceway was best until we got NorCal.
