I don't see any problem with using the RPM parts. But we should probably stick the same rules as other local tracks. I don't want to be switching arms if I decide to go to another track.

Brian - I will help you out and we should pit near each other anyways to work on setup (but how much setup is there on a slash). My friend will probably help with marshalling too...we're only running one class and should have free time.

Default RPM

I hope we can use RPM gear covers (blue one). I read the stock slash rules and it is allowed at most tracks.

VP Pro? They are good tires. There is a fast guy at Hobby Hut that wins every week on those.

I totaly agree.

i outfitted my slash with rpm arms, front and rear carriers, and front c-hubs. and it realy made spec sct a realy fun and worry free 2nd class for me at Richfield this winter, i was kinda holding off on going to bumps and jumps because i thought they wernt allowing rpm stuff, i was realy pleased to find out that i didnt have to bolt all the stock stuff back on to race at bumps! as they now allow them too

I cant wait till next month, I heard RPM is currently testing arms for the 4x4 slash, i know the second there availible i will have them on mine

I have never seen a level of brand loyalty to a product you have never used before in my life. A+ to the marketing crew at Hot Bodies

They even allowed the steel output yokes for the drive shafts, i like it!

Default My Vote

I just read about voting on slash RPM parts.I agree to use them.In my opinion it really still keeps the stock class afforable, considering that the RPM parts are not all that exspensive.Plus they dress it up a bit.

there are alot of aftermarket parts being made for all sct trucks. i think that if it was made for an sct truck it should be alllowed...like the losi strike...there dogbones suck...so mip jumped on making good replacement ones...allowed to use at bumps also...aaron at richfield says it like this...if they make it strickly for the sct its legal there.
