Thumbs up WV Indoor State Carpet race- March 18th

The WV Indoor State Race will be held on March 18th at Tri-Cities RC (TC/RC) in Huntington WV. This will be both on-road and Oval classes

Doors will open @ 9, signups will close @ 11:30, there will be a drivers meeting @ Noon, and racing will begin promptly @ 1.

For those living in and around the Ky,Ohio, WV tri-cities area don't hesitate come on out and race with us.. For detail directions to the Indoor on-road track please go to the link below.
http://www.tcrcracing.com/directions.htm

As was approved at the beginning of the season, we will be running the 7 classes with the best weekly turnout. Those classes are:

Onroad Classes: Stock TC, Stock 12th Scale, and T-Spec
Oval Classes: Stock TC oval, Stock Pan car oval, Legends, 18th Truck Expert
The rules for each class can be found on the website: http://www.tcrcracing.com

There will be trophies for 1st through 6th places, as well as TQ’s and continuing in last years tradition Clark and I will award 1 person the Tough Luck Award.

Race format: We will run a maximum of 6 cars per heat and main. There will be one bump up position from each of the lower mains so in theory you could qualify last in the lowest main and still win the A-main. There will be minimal delays between qualifiers to ensure a quick and effective race program. If you are not ready at the beginning of your heat you have the option of calling 30 seconds grace. You may use this grace 1 time. Otherwise the heat will begin without you. After the race all cars MUST be dropped off at the tech table and drivers should immediately proceed to turnmarshal. Drivers failing to turnmarshal will be warned 1 time, after which there will be a 1 lap penalty from your best qualifier or main if the infraction occurs during the mains. There will NOT be radio impound, however all radios in the pits MUST be off. Any radio found on in the pits will result in a warning followed by a 1 lap penalty from the best qualifier or main.

The entry fees will be $15 for the 1st class and $10 for each additional class.

Hope to see everyone there!!!
