Default R/C speed sports

Any one have a clue what happened to RC Sports in iriving?

It looked like a nice outdoor turf track.

It changed to dirt, then dirt oval, then got robbed. Closed as far as i'm aware right now.

It had issues with the owner and it's long gone now unfortunately. It was a great track for kids to learn on.

Banana Raceway and Indy are the only ones left around the metroplex now. Thornhill looks great but 3 hours away.

Wild Bills is oval only and not my bag, but is still open. Shame there's nothing over the west side of DFW, crossing Dallas is horrendous in traffic!

Shame they shut down, looked like a promising track.

Unfortunately both of those tracks are too far for me, anything over hour is just about to far. I did a couple 2 hour drives to race 1/8 truggy and it was to much driving for club style of racing.

Indy is 15 minutes past rc speed sports.

Head out there Saturday night this week if you have an 1/8 nitro or ebuggy and run the big ass trophy series (its actual name lol). Limited to 66 entries I believe, it’s a good show though, 3 qualifiers and a main for each class.

lol, 15 minutes past! I wish. Is that at 3am?! Are they getting much 1/10th buggy there?
