This place is dead! Somebody needs to rustle up some Texans for us.

Don't tell me they've all fled to Tech Talk... haha

No, we wouldn't do that to ya, we all came over here from Tech Talk, that's NO lie!!! Got tired of having our thread disapear on us!! No problems here though!!!!

As for Texan R/Cer's I know most of us post on the MSRA (Memphis) post!! I do race mostly in Tx, I race mostly here in Longview at a place we call the Green Dome (Artificial Turf) Nuff said, Shreveport On/Off-road, Indy R/C world in Garland(Dallas), & Mikes Hobby Shop in Carrollton(Dallas)!!! I do enjoy the many different places there are to race around here just wish they were either closer or ran all classes of On/Off-road @ the sam location like Indy does but one that isn't 3 hrs away would be great!!!

Bullseye: Are you referring to Mike's or Indy??? Or neither, we are coming to Indy on the 15th, if that's what you are talking about I can't wait to see all the changes there @ Indy haven't been there since April!!! I will only be spectating this time as my MP 7.5 is hard down for some Improvements & still am in search of an M8!!!!

Neither, I am referring to our on-road track in Lewisville. www.htrlrc.com Check out the website for pictures, details, race dates etc etc. Pics are under Race Results.

If your looking for an M8 Hobby Town USA in Lewisville has one. I think it's $299.99.

Their number is 214-488-0980

Bullseye: Which Nitro Touring Car seems to be the most popular there??? I currently drive a XXX-S (electric), & was wondering about Nitro!!!! I have an old Nitro RS4, & might be thinking about a Nitro Sedan to race!!!

If you are talking about brand of car I would have to say the HPI is very popular. So your Nitro RS4 will fit right in..

If you are talking about motor size the .15 cc's are the most popular.

I personally run Electric. I run my TC3 in Stock and my HPI RS4 Pro2 in Modified.

But I saw Jason Fiock running his Nitro TC3 in our .12cc class and it was sweet... It was running so well I almost bought one the next day..

I spoke with Jason Fiock today and he plans to run at FL this Sunday. Bullseye I told him he could setup under our shade, I hope you don't mind.

Jason will try to run with us on the 15th also.
