Default 2 more courses in Crossville

Just happen to stop by Addicted to Hobbies and Pete the owner told me him and some other guys just in opened a indoor and outdoor in Crossville. They are both located at different places.

The outdoor is behind Lowe's on Highway 127 and the indoor in on the 127 bypass. From what I understand the outdoor is large with 12 foot lanes and the indoor is like 40 x 40 and goes up on the wall, sounds kinda like the video from the karns split level "Think that's the one".

Once I get a chance to go I will take some photos and post them here.

After looking at another thread I believe the indoor course is like the one in Harriman TN but I have not seen it myself. I will go to both tracks on Monday and take some pictures and make a few laps.

I did ask the owner if there were any restrictions on the indoor as far as type of vehicle and tires and was told that for right now anything goes.

I will also find out what it cost to run when I go.

Thanks meatwad63 I talked to your uncle today, he was at Pete's.

He told me that there are tons of pictures on his Facebook page. Which I forgot to ask what it was...

I did not get a chance to make it to the tracks as the roads sucked and a pregnant wife.

meatwad63 if you know your uncles facebook page would you please share here?

Default Indoor track in Crossville

I just got off the phone with Blake, the owner of the new indoor track in Crossville. They have a Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/search.php?q...00001297286100

He is looking forward to seeing guys from Knoxville run at the indoor track. His number is 931-335-1234 if you have any questions.

The carpet track looks challenging, but more importantly it looks car safe, compared to Harriman.

His outdoor track is almost done and sounds great!

As of right now this is our best hope of a track. It's 60 miles away and only 2 miles off the I40.

I'd like to go Saturday the 15th. Anybody in?

Sounds interesting but id like to see some pics of the dirt track before I make the trip. Is the track 1/10th friendly?
