Hey Guys , just a little report on a local area Charity race !
JDRF Indoor Onroad Carpet Charity Race, held at Middle River Hobbies in Middle River ,Md. Close to FTM's world headquarters! It's a brand new indoor carpet track and I must say a top notch facility !!
The classes run were Touring 17.5 no boost, 1/12 scale 17.5 no boost and 1/12 13.5 boosted.
I ran 13.5 boosted and had a great day running FTM motors and batteries!!
Qualified seventh for the show . Horn sounded and I quickly moved up to third! After eight minute racing which felt like 20 mins. , I finished fourth behind three national champions . Not bad for a old dog like me !!
Got motor ,got battery,now if I could just find "ability in jar", instock somewhere!!!

well the time comes we have found the lipos that is just as good as the siverbacks and others out there 6400 65c 5400 40c 6000 65c
1 cell and 2 cell we are doing more testing , so they should be ready
and aproved late oct ,

Steve or Heath I see where both of ya r from ok. I'm in Ponca City workin and wondering if there is any tracks close to there. May try and check em out when I'm done. Also are either of you planning on going to regionals in nebraska?
