Default R1 v11 5.5T tuning

Beyond stock motors, are there any guides or tips for tuning mod motors? Is it just a matter of tuning based on track conditions? What is a good no load amp draw rating to start with for a 5.5t motor? Btw, this is running in a 4wd buggy on a high bite indoor clay track.

Mod motors don't generally tune for no load amp draw. Most times the timing is set to 20* and then the speed control does the rest of the work.

It is my understanding that only a very few have ran the V15 at this time. Pre-Orders are being placed for everybody right now.

I ran one in 21.5 oval last week. Maybe I got a good one but faster with less fade.

Default SC better picture I Hope

Thought this may help in addition to the speed controls initial instructions.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Default 2wd stock buggy gearing and timing

For the V7, what timing range and gearing is optimal for a associated b6 (2.60) for a medium to large clay track? Don't know much about these motors but picked one up
