Jeff,

Do you have ANY idea how many t-plates I had to buy to get a few of the right ones? LOL

CRC sales a .081 t-bar but that's really too thick. Power push sells the black ones you saw in my box in all the different sizes. Its what gerber runs.

Might email Tony at powerpush to see if he has the sizes you are looking for.

Otherwise you'll be playing the .075" t-bar lotto with the rest of us LMAO

My odds for a .075-.078 t-bar is about 8 to 1 LOL half of them I get are .072.

If you need one at cleveland and you can't find one anywhere look me up. Sobottka will know where to find me. I try and keep a few in stock.

later

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

You know after all these years its interesting that no one has started making t-plates in specific thicknesses that we need.

There have always been a small company or two that tried it, but no one stuck with it.

Lets start our own t-bar manufacturing company Cuffs

see you at cleveland

quad mags either reedy quad spec or 27t binary quad`s

1 can they be done on your machine ??

2 just bang them in just like dual mags or ????

3 is it advisable to get a gauss meter ??

4 how long between rezapping ?? or does that depends on how much abuse you give the motor in race conditions !!

1) yes

2) just like 2 magnet cans.

3) The only reason to get a gauss meter is if you want to waste money. Or you just happen to want to waste all day looking at numbers instead of racing your motors honestly We use it for testing and to ensure that the units are performing up to par before leaving our shop, but the magnet zapper has more than enough power to provide a full zap every time.
You can only charge the magnets with as much as they will take like pouring water into a glass. It will only fill to its capacity no more.

4) exactly how much abuse how hot the motor gets, and how many times its been run. Every time you run the motor even if it doesn't get hot you are beginning to reverse the magnetic field in the can b/c as the armature spins its creating its own magnetic force that slowly degrades the magnetic field.

I zap every time I rebuild the motor myself since its already apart.
Every couple of race days for sure.

hope that helps.
