Mike-

Hey, what is a good brush spring combination for the c2 19t? I'm taking a reedy quad and a c2 and not sure what is a good combination for the c2.

Thanks.

See ya in a few days. Vegas but is just a short time away.

I'd say f-brush with red/red or purple red

or 767 with same spring combos

Just ran first club race with new ThunderRC IB3800 cells. They worked awesome in both touring and 1/12 stock. Ton of punch and never fades. Look out GP......

Hey Guys,

I have made the jump to Thunder RC for the season for batteries and will be running for Michael at Vegas! This should be an exciting change for us this season and hope to provide some very very good finishes to help promote Michaels new company. See you guys at Vegas!

Tell me about it... I am the most upset about it LOL

We got to run them at the Nats but not at Vegas... oh well.

I think there will be 4 or 5 Thunder RC drivers in Vegas so hopefully we'll have a good showing.

I'd like to thank Stephen Sobottka for joining our team this year.

I've already beat him once in the past month, so if Vegas makes twice his battery sponsorship might be in jeopardy LMAO

I'd also like to thank Jim Piersol for joining the team this year as well.

Looks like we'll have names in stock and 19 touring as well as stock 12th at all the big races this season.

I'll try and keep everone posted on how we do in vegas. You can also check out www.rc50.com for race info seeing how I'm sharing my room with NashRCracer and he's going to keep me up all night posting to his new website rc50

Thanks,

Michael Skeen
Thunder

P.S. I will be leaving for Vegas on Saturday so all orders will not be shipped until 9-28-05 (wednesday) Sorry for the inconvenience, but as we all know what wins on Sunday sells on Monday (or Wed. in this case) LOL

Depending on where a few of the guys go after hours there might be a couple of them sporting wood.

I'm leaving saturday, but I'm going to AZ first to visit relatives

I won't be back in vegas till tuesday afternoon so I'm not that lucky LOL

The only tesla meter that is reasonable is the yokomo tesla meter, but its hard to find and I believe they've discontinued them. might be able to pick one up used or online for around a $100..

A decent tesla/gauss meter will run a minimum of $400 or so from an electonics dealer.

I have a yokomo tesla meter myself for bench testing and a $2500 tesla meter for R&D, but I don't take either to the track there is no point. The unit zaps fully every time so you will charge the magnets to 100% of their capacity.
