I have question regarding DC Motorsport battery matching quality and consistency. How do you matched your battery at 35A ? Is it like SMC battery ? I'm asking this because my LHS is going to sell DC Motorsport battery IB3800, IB4200, and DC Checkpoint motors.

Many racers in my home track are SMC minded.

I'm thinking to switch to DC because my LHS is kind to me ( big discount & ngreat service ) and I want to support him in return.

Hey asw7576, don't worry about DC motorsport battery packs and motors, I run both and I can assure you they are wicked. Both deliver consistency and power, products are quality and service from Curtis is second to none.

Belive me you will only be given quality stuff make sure you support your LHS you wouldn't regret it..... Merry Xmas to all

Our packs our cycled and matched on CE T-35 machines, the packs are grouped together by voltage (+ or – .001v), runtime (+ or – 1 sec) and internal resistance (+ or – .1AIR)…. So far we’ve been very satisfied with the performance of our batteries as have our customers…..

Happy Holidays

Good, that's what I want to hear It's industry standard then.

I usually shop in TQ Racing, Jakarta. I'm waiting DC motorsport's checkpoint motor and IB4200 cells.

Happy Holidays too

It's a 4mm blank; on the Ti3 series for 10-17 turns use 4mm blanks and 9-6 turns use 5mm blanks, unless otherwise specified.....

Janis,

you need a proper 1/12 armature, maybe Curtis can make you one. Allthough you can get 8 minutes out of a regular 12x2 if you want to try, but it is not quite the same..
