Hyperform Racing team drivers dominated the Massachusetts State Onroad Championships today at RCE!

Congratulations to Steve Boice for setting TQ in both TC stock and 12th stock as well as taking the overall win in both classes. Also congrats to Dave McGuire for finishing second in TC Stock. Way to lay it down guys...

The new 12th scale prototype is dialed. Its got tons of steering and carries wicked corner speed. Great job Lino on the new design!

Lino
Lets add the Texas State Championship to the list for the Hyperform 12. Just got back from the the TSC. where I put my Hyperform 12 in the TQ and First Place overall in stock also ran the prototype in 19turn where I TQed and First Place overall. you can see race results at www.mikeshobbyshop.com

But the best is yet to come.

The TSC runs 3 qs and Triple A mains I won the first two A mains in both classes So I had to sit out the the 3rd. A fellow Racer was having a bad day with his car (not a Hyperform)so I let him run mt Hyperform 12 in the last A main as his car was done.( with a over the wall and out of the ballpark rollover in the 2nd A main)we put a few new holes in his body and let him rip. He had no laps on my car just a transponder check and a slow lap to the start line. I got to sit up in the tower and annonce the race, he went full tilt from the tone and made an inside pass to take lead in the first corner, I think he wasn't ready for that mutch turn in from a car as he over turned the rest of the corner, you could see his face with the look of holy S#@$# this thing corners, I saw him take out a little D/R in the raido and he was off after the 1st plase car, they went at it the full 8min, he ended up 2nd by 0.025 at the end of the race.He came off the stand with this grin from ear to ear and just handed my car back to me with this lookof (now I know how you went so fast in the Qs and first 2mains) then I tould him the prototype was better and I do think he ready for it to come out just think if he had a few lap with the car before he ran He might of made the first turn without overturing it and stayed out front and pulled away but then the race woulded be as mutch fun to whach as it was one of the best races of the day. 1st & 2nd trading places all thruout the run and 3rd & 4th doing the same thing I was happy to be in the tower at that time just to see my fellow racers going at it toe to toe.

Lino Thanks for a great car. keep up the good work

Tim

I would like to thank Tim for help setting up my car and the driving tips for the Texas State Championships. I now see where the car carries its corner speed. Being that I have not ran my car in over a month and on ran carpet once a year only for this race, I qualified 9th and ended 8th in the A-main with the H-12. I hopefully would like to make it up thee again sometimes this year, but if not next year for the race again. Thanks Tim.
