What new is going on in the Hyperform Racing camp lately? Any new projects in the works( new updates, kits, or motors)?

Default Jack the Gripper at the regionals at Maximus

Any chance of running Jack the Gripper for the 3 days of the regionals at Maximus to get ready for the nats.

I hope some folks are willing to run 12th mod that Sunday.

Carlos-We're keeping busy on this end. Monsters and C2s should be arriving this week followed by EPIC roar stock and the CO27s. A new batch of cells will be ready prior to the nats and it also looks like our new 12th will be making it's debut in Stockton.

Barry-We would have to ask Heath. I'm not for the idea since it's a paragon only track. Don't want to see a bunch of jack thrown down on the carpet only for that one weekend. Plus I don't think running on Jack at the regionals will give us any advantage at the nats...

Default Jack the Gripper

If you, Jarrod et al don't think it would be useful for the nats, then I cede to your perspectives.

Hey Barry, i talked to heath and both of us decided it may not work well since there is a good amount of traction already in the track, and jack may not mix well unless we had a few weeks to work it in/ change over compounds. we may consider it for when we change the carpet for next season though.

i do have a good layout planned for the regionals though, should help us prepare for the nats...

see you guys then

forgot to mention barry, any compound is allowed at maximus, just that majority of the use is paragon.

better make it wide open the nats is going to be freeway and find all pinions you thought you would never use you going to need them 38 to 40 in sedan and 33 to 35 in 1/12 and thats with a small spur (better get some 88 tooth gears)

Is there a new Hyperform 12th scale? Are there major differences between it and the Hyperform12? Or is it just the first debut of the Hyperform12 at Stockton?

Yes, there is a new 12th on the way! I'm being tight lipped about it for now but all will be revealed shortly.

I can deal with Freeway. That is my kind of track.

I have my Novak 4.5R brushless on its way for 12th mod.

Let everyone else dump!

Hey guys, yesterday was the third and final leg of the New England Triple Threat series. This was a three race series at three different tracks with no drops. The first race was at RC Excitement, the second was the January Jam at RC Madness and the third and final was over this past weekend at Maxumus RC Raceway.

Hyperform Racing drivers Steve Boice and Jarrod Langlois dominated taking the overall win in 12th stock and sedan stock respectively. Congrats to both of you!

In addition, we are finally getting our stock of 'M' based and C2 based motors replenished. The site will be updated sometime Monday afternoon. There is also only a few days left on our IB3800 1.200-1.209 sale. The prices are crazy low, so don't miss out!
