You're making it kind of tough on me then. If I'm on the line or have the dyno spinning up etc, I will miss your call. The easiest thing to do is leave your name and number and I'll call you back promptly. Try calling me now if you like...

The only magnet zapper I would use is the Tempest made by Michael Skeen at Thunder RC. He has a thread on this board. It goes for $650 new...

I hear ya man. If you have a bunch of cans and want to pay for round trip shipping, I'll zap them for you. Your best bet is to find someone local who has a tempest and can do it for you at a reasonable price

Lino, I found out that the regional race handout for stock is the old Trinity Paradox motor. Any idea on how I should gear this motor for 12th scale? Any information for a basic setup on this motor would be greatly appreciated.

there are at least 4 or 5 Thunder RC zappers in Australia

You might ask around and find someone local to zap them for you.

BTW Lino,

It was good meeting you at Vegas. You kind of caught me at a bad time as I had just broken my radio right before you introduced yourself LOL So I'm sure I was less than excited at the time

However... its a "Thunder RC Magnet Zapper"

Tempest2000 is just my screen name. Its from an old Atari game like 18 or 20 years ago that I played constantly so the name kind of stuck LOL Guess I should have changed it at some point...

Thanks again,

Michael Skeen

Carlos-My pleasure, hope the info helps. Good luck at the regionals!

Michael-Good meeting you too, I'm sure we'll run in to each other again in cleveland etc etc. Nice job in 12th by the way. If you're ever looking for a new car to run, let me know. Our new 12th was dialed big time in Vegas. I don't know where I got in the habit of calling it a Tempest by the way, I'll try and break it though.
