Will the Spec 6 be made EFRA legal in the future?

New to onroad but on the Ford GT lower section there's a few cut lines and i wondered witch one would be best to cut for usgt. Is it just a height thing?

Hi

I’ve been making the moves to return to the hobby after a long hiatus - I’ve been a fan of PROTOform since Dale started the company way back when, and ran nothing else until the day I had to hang up my radio...

Anyway, As I’m hoping to compete again in both Electric and Nitro TC, it really would be nice to see you guys return to providing your more popular body styles in both 190 and 200mm versions. I still have my old TC3 and Serpent Impulse, and I loved the fact that I could adorn both with your Honda Accord body, which was pretty popular at the time. Call me OCD, lol - but it would be awesome to have that consistency between cars. Thanks!

EDIT: By the way, until that day should come, which 190/200 bodies are popular with your team drivers these days?

I am not sure about 200mm, but for 190mm most of the team currently uses the Type S in either XLite or ProLite. I prefer XLite for all applications personally. For Mod outdoors I often use the optional TS-18 wing as it is the same shape as the Type S wing, but is pre-cut and thicker/heavier than the stock Type S wing.

Type S: https://www.racepf.com/touring-car-1...clear-body.asp

TS-18: https://www.racepf.com/accessories/t...-kit-190mm.asp

There is also something coming soon that I think many will like

You should be able to use the higher trim line to mount the body lower. Just be careful to leave room for the suspension to work, so the front tires don't rub excessively during cornering or going over bumps.

Thanks for the info! That S-Type sure looks sexy - then again, Pf bodies always looked amazing, aside from being ridiculously functional. The handling on the Nissan P35 prototype that I used on my RC10L back in my 1/10 pan car days was sick!

If this release was intended to combat the competition, which I firmly believe it was, then "check the box". Now just produce another one every few months....

Personally, I kinda like it....
