Oh no....My xray f1 body(21grams) did not fit my Fgx, so it was chopped up enough to be mounted...I don't have these issues with my tc4.2, the new PF zoo body should fit.....

Why aren't geniuses like you on Efra / Roar / Ifmar / Rcra committees telling the rest of us plebs how it should be done then?

Slowing your thoughts? Or is your mom yelling at you to clean your room?

To clear the air a bit, and get this thread back on topic, this body is entirely designed by Eric Epp at PF; definitely not a copy of anything but it is in response to recent trends. The process that he and the team went through over the past 7 months to develop this body was extensive, testing several different versions on various surfaces.

The inspiration for this body is the Mission E with adjustments made aimed at maximum performance on the World stage. Same as every other manufacturer competing in ISTC. If you want realistic looking bodies, PROTOform has many beautiful USGT options available designed specifically for the class provides racers the more realistic/scale looking cars. If you are competing in TC and want performance, now you have another great option from PROTOform

I love all these new TC bodies - it's fun and exciting just like USGT is now with a similar body war.

Where's the "realistic looking TC bodies" option? I might just have to stick with the Type S, at least that looks a bit like a Tesla.

As much as people want to lament the lack of realistic looking bodies, again the suckers are us the consumers. Do you know how many people in Australia have flocked to the Zoo Racing lids like a bunch of rampant seagulls to hot chips? I don't know what they look like, whether it's a car is questionable, they are priced at some super extortionate price point yet we're sold out here, why? Because Team driver Joe Bloggs won a few events with it, so we figure, hey if I buy this I will make the a main and get me a $2 trophy and like the lemmings we are, we all now run Boggsdollix or whatever the hell it's called.

As a target audience, us RC racers are not the most enlightened bunch, bring out a lid that looks like a turd squished against a sheet of perspex and tell us it will give us the worlds best handling, and we'll buy it by the dozen.

Kudos to those smart enough to make an entire business model exploiting that.

Are there any black folks in any of these committees ??? Let me know if there are, but until then, how much will the new body sell for ???
Realistic Tc bodies is not what folks want. They want a realistic chance of outspending the next guy to get a roomful of $2 trophies: they will get the most expensive bodies quicker than the cheap ones.....I am surprised that only tamiya is selling bodies in the $50 range: $70 PF bodies will outsell the current $20 bodies 10 to 1 guaranteed...

Why should race be a determining factor?

Black, White, I mean seriously? What is this 1900?

I don't care if they are as blue as Papa Smurf to be honest.
