Just want to say congrats to new Express driver BRIAN KARWAN for his great win lastnight at The Track taking away Robbies winning ways and with man local top guns X included. Brian has been away for about 4 years and came back with big game. Looks like Brian is back on track to where he left off and we look foward to some big races ahead with him...

My new Express pack ran excellent last night at Frederick. My car wasn't as good as it has been for the last 2 weeks but ended up staying consistant and got thru traffic well and took the win. Mike Jr got picked off pretty hard in traffic and had his body mounts ripped off the back of the car. It was pretty ugly I must say. Still a great night for Express also.
Didn't take Karwin long to start laying the smack down thats for sure.

Yo Chris for regular bearings I go avid style. A buck a piece and throw them went there is any bit of crust. I had aps ceramics in my RDX they were awesome for about 2 months and then started to get bad. I got some boca ceramics from Steak last night for the 007 so I'll let you know how they are.
thanks dude . . .

I would use the kit bearings until they got gritty, then use something as a replacement. I have used the avid bearings and there's nothing wrong with them, but I think the stock xray bearings are better, so use them while you can.

Well I guess the 007 bearings are kinda shady, I blew one on my layshaft in the first run last night, It seized and melted the new holder some. I can still use it but I need a replacement asap.
I agree the kit bearings are better than the avid ones but they are both good when you first put them in. I really think the boca green seal bearings are good for the money too, they are about 3 bucks a piece.
