I have found the Pulse to have a smoother power band and need to be geared about 2-3 teeth less than DUO being Pulse is more a RPM Base feel. Pulse I ran at 18* normal speedo 3* tekin. Overall slightly less bottom end power.
Duo great overall power band and runs slightly cooler and more beefy componets.
Pulse motors are said to be in total revamp status now and sample due to be tested in next few weeks from there drivers...

Sunday ROAR REGION 1 INDOOR OFF-ROAD REGIONAL RESULTS
Team Express had another good showing on the final day of the regional.
Steve Semeraro- 1st place B-main Modified 2wd buggy (was running a 13.5 DUO in the same car I ran on Saturday. People couldn't belive the power that motor was putting down!!)
Mike Colman- 2nd place B-main Modified 2wd buggy (running a 10.5 DUO in a RB5 he finished building 10 min before the first qualifier)
2wd buggy A-main was loaded with factory drivers from Long Island and was an awsome race to watch. Steve and Mike normaly run truck so buggy is not their strongest class (yet). Their finishing positions were great taking that into consideration.
I was going to run Mod 4wd buggy, but my friend who was going to let me run his spare car was unable to attend the race. I tried to secure another ride but no one had a spare car for me to run in either class. I kept myself busy cheering Steve and Mike on and performing my duties as the Region 1 Assistant Director.
We would like to give Tag a BIG Thank You for all the support!!!!!
John I did not get a chance to try the 7.5 today. I'll test it again next weekend and let you know if it still acts up.

Hey John i want to thank you. The Express motors and smc batterys were great I had alot of fun and always had more then enough power on hand with the 10.5. John is there still a possiblit on the 7.5 for tursday
