The site should say 2-14 days, it may say 2-10 again as we had to roll back to an old copy after a crash....it's business days.....

What happens, is we spend more time on the phone or with emails, mainly from people asking where there order is, when its been in the system for 2 days (not directed at any one on here)....

So we have a choice, we can continue to pound out orders....or spend more and more time telling people where the order is.....

Paypal sends EVERYONE an email to their paypal address when a payment is made, its automated and completely done by paypal.....if yer not getting the email, I would check with paypal on the email address you have registered.

And, because of multiple snow days and the holidays, we are running a few days behind.....

Just like TexRacer said... Team Brood is not a Production LINE company like Trinity,Reedy,or Orion/Peak. Do you want a hamburger or want a steak? With Team Brood you get quality.

I know from past purchases Team Brood is thumbs up and I am more than 110% confident in them.

I will admit I did email Eddie this time... Yes I emailed [email protected] instead of posting here asking about a order. In my opinion.. the forum should be about Team Brood product questions. The ONLY reason I emailed them was is I ordered 13 motors for some racers at my track were I am the Class Coordinator, and Team Brood is our approved motor of choice for a spec class.

Keep up the great products Team Brood, I look forward to buying more stuff from you !!!!

if you take the time to read my post again you will see that i took the time to try that with nothing happening, and i have the right to post in the forum my opinion! as for the paypal e-mail, that only confirms that the money went to the other account, i see that there is an acceptable explination for the my situation.....but lesson learned

Not sure what's happening at Team Brood, but I placed an order for a new 1/12th scale motor with Team Brood and sent payment via Paypal on January 2nd and I haven't received my order or any type of communication or response. I've sent multiple e-mails, but have received no response. I also tried contacting the phone number listed on the website, but it indicates the mailbox is full (and it has been full for more than a week). If you or your employees read this forum, I'd like a refund at this point. Feel free to PM or e-mail me, and I'll contact Paypal to get the process started.
this type of post is why i barely bother to look at our thread anymore, but when you make something with your bare hands for somebody else, you tend to care about what they think of your product, so i will take the time to give you guys a proper response

the email response i dont have an answer to, but i do know that garrett is furiously typing away on his computer most of the time hes in the shop. so i would think that most emails are getting answered. im sorry if yours didnt.

we dont answer the phone much during the workdays, becuase most people just like to pick our brains on motor tuning, (dont blame them, and frankly i love to talk it up!) but to get orders done and shipped before the cutoff times eachday means ignoring the phone sometimes. we try to get back to the people who leave messages.

other more "mass-production" type companies just hammer through their orders and make one type of motor. in the grand scheme of the winding business, i havent been doing it nearly as long as the guys that wind for other companies, so admittedly it takes me a bit longer. i also spend alot of attention to detail while im winding, i want people to like the armatures that i wind!

and one more note, it has been snowing alot here lately and then melting and freezing at night making the roads sometimes impossible to drive. we have all (three of us, other companies also have many more employees) been making the best effort to get stuff done in the time we have.

in the end, i want to deliver a high performance product that is going to last, and one that you are going to view as a quality investment. if you are looking for a "fast food drive-thru" type of product, then im sorry... thats just not what we are about, never have been, never will be.

Eddie,

I haven't check your site for quite a while, and WOO.. you doing tuned 23T now. Would you give me some more info on your tuned Atlas 23T? Which motor it based on? laydown or standup? bush or bearing? usual top RPM/torque etc.

Yep, I'm the one asking for CO27/CP19 mod to 23T bush spec. I'm very happy to see you doing 23T now... But I ranout budget now, have to wait awhile to order some 23T from you..

(btw, I think you have some typo in 23T page as "19T" word show up)

the atlas 23 turn motor is based off nothing its strictly an atlas motor... its laydown brushes, bushings and has the same endbell as there evo stock 0 degree motor. it has a decent rpm range and alot of torque.. i hope this answers your question....

Default br00d stock recomendations

What would be the best br00d stock motor for small (and really small) and tight indoor carpet tracks? Or where to get info about all the different stock motors there are?
