Rec'd my shipment today. It just didn't get here as quick as the last order, so I was a little concerned. Thanks guys.

Also would like to comment on the motors a little. I've ran EA's quite a bit, and I really like them. Popped in a br00d ROAR this weekend and I would say they are, well let's just say I was impressed. I ran the Monster stock also, and I was impressed with it too. Good job guys, I will be back for more.

We will race touring 27 turn stock this winter on a very small carpet track.
The straight is only 62 feet long.

I was wondering how the monster performs on such a small track.

For some years now MVP was the fastest motor on that track.

I am very fond of the brood 19 turn motors and would like to race the winter series with his Monster stock.

Default Motor for 1/12

Hi guys,

I am starting with 1/12 and I am wondering whether any of these two motors are good for this class?

MXS-
Both of those 19 turns are GREAT Motor's.Does your track have a rule on 2 magnets or 4 magnets?
If it does then the 2 magnet motor is the C2 Version.
Both of those motor's are great motor's.The C2 version is a LIL easier to find the right gear to but with time the Reedy tuned version is great as well.
I personally dont think you could loose with EITHER choice.
Goodluck and have fun racing 1/12th.

Default 1/12 motors

Thanks guys. No no rule on magnets.

Is my understanding correct when I say that the Reedy is usually geared higher because it has more torque opposed ot higher revving C2? Also would C2 be better for higher speed tracks and reedy for tighter technical ones?

I have L4 I will be using them in. Any idea what pinions I should be ordering. I know it depends on a lot of things but I just want to get an idea sionce I will need to order them soon.

Thanks again.

I run both. With the Reedy I gear 2-3 teeth higher then the C2.
