thanks,
Try 48* and 4.0FDR and adjust from there based on temps and feel.

Hey y’all: Just curious to know a few things about the new Trinity esc. 1st: Is their new esc’s being made in house or outsourced and by who?
2nd: Will they offer a 1s version?

Hey y’all: Been wondering what the difference is between Trinity and revtech motors and batteries? Is one better for on road than off road or is it just personal preference? Thanks…🤔😎🐝

I have a Trinity D4 Maxzilla 21.5t that I got used from eBay. My question is, is this considered a slow motor in the 21.5t (USGT) class now? I have played with timing but haven't really gotten into testing out gearing changes, I just wanted to check in advance to see if it's worth my time to try and work with this motor. Even with advancing the timing considerably it still felt slow and it was starting to run pretty hot at a timing of 45.

Thanks!

i have that motor is a little old but geared correctly can be fast. i have mine about 48 degrees timing and geared around a 4.0 depending on the track. mine gets hot but the laps dont fade that much at the end of the run.

Team Trinity is the brand, Revtech is the line of products.
