Tyler- we going to see you today? I think turnout will be good. Track is fast and flowing.

The Bigfoot is still a ROAR event correct??? I got my membership there last year and will need to re-up right before the event...lol

You guys hear much about how the dirt track is going in enid? I heard that they took out the mountains....

Cool on the Schumacher deal. I met PW at the ROAR nats and he took the time to show me his car and chat. That would be the one company I would run for....good people there.

Jeff- Had it planned since I left Sunday from the Fall Classic, but baseball is getting geared up and teh coaches decided to take the coldest weekend of January to work on the feild...So I won't be able to make it up...But most of the guys from Tulsa will be there.

Yes, the Bigfoot is a ROAR event...I will also have to get mine registered again...It expires the 27th..

That's great that they are putting a lot of dirt in there at Enid...but I don't see why they couldn't have just made a bunch of tracks with all that dirt from those table tops..

C U in Feb.

Got my new packs and the roar stocker yesterday. Should have some mad power this weekend! Thanks Chris!

Oh, and Bio from Platinum Hobbies should be calling you if he hasn't already. He was planning on ordering several of your motors.

That was the biggest reason for the change. PW is one of the best guys I have ever met in racing. Plus the car is really really good. And I hate saddle packs

I got to meet Paul at the Novak race a few weeks ago, and he's one of the nicest guys I've met in RC. He really took time with me to talk to me about the car and was very helpful. Jeff, I'm with you... I'd love to run on a team for someone like Paul. A class act.

I've never really understood why people are so "anti-saddle pack." The only time I've ever not liked saddle packs was when I was running a Tamiya 414M2 and had to tape batteries in. Saddle packs = twice as much taping.

Still, you can't beat the balance of the XRay in my opinion.

I agree about the balance of the XRay...though, I drilled balancing holes in my TC4...with no weight on the motor side...I'm nearly balanced. A little weight and I'd be set.

Good deal Blake, if you need anythign let us know.

Tyler, those hills were not solid dirt, that is where they put some the tile from the old hobbyshop, plus one had barrels in it I think. If you hear of anyone having trouble with the Enid flier, I put up a link to a page that shows the flier as well.
