Hello Guys,

Rob why u mess up my pretty cells like that ...........

the atlas has a way different power band than the C2 and Reedy Quad mags, it will usually need to be geared 2 to 3 teeth different but of course each track varies based on size and shape

Thanks for visiting the thread guys , have fun racing!

Here's a question for you all...on the V2 polarized brushes...which one is + and which is -? One is serrated, one is not.

Good question. It depends if one of them is a Edge brush. I dont think those are serrated. I'll have to ask Chris on that unless Brian remembers from his V2 mod.

Thanks again for the support from everyone. It's no fun when you're at a big race and you're the only one representing. Appreciate the kind words of encouragement and motor tweaking tips.

Ralph Burch and Drew Ellis were big helps with setup info. Props to these guys. Not only are they fast as hell, but they're extremely approachable and helpful as well. They're an excellent representive for their sponsors.

Chris / David, you think that pic was bad? I'll upload a pic of Gary Katzer's (from RC Driver magazine) pack after a practice run. Got hit so hard, it BROKE a battery bar. When I say, "broke a battery bar," I don't mean that it popped off the cell at the solder joint. I mean it BROKE the bar in half.

Clazy, man, clazy.

Got one better. In Enid one time I was running with Aaron when he first got his Pro4. Me and Brian are just nose to tail around the track, Aaron spins out right in front of us. Brian somehow gets by and I pop him in the side full peg with a 19t. Ended up moving his cells up against his drive shaft bending it. After we got to looking we noticed that I cracked his cells. And I mean really cracked and you can see some gap. He still has that pack just as a reminder LOL

Thanks, Mike. Had a hard time with qualifying, despite the car working well. I'm an onroad junkie, though I'm going to be playing in the dirt this spring some.
