Another.

Huge thanks to Wes Wood for the paint. Just waiting on some stickers from Unreal Graphix to complete the look.

Last one. Purple powered.

It wouldn't bother me if rubber tires never touched my car again.

Goodluck man. have a safe trip, kick ass, and have FUN... Your rides are lookin pretty good.

Well, I went to Comp last night and ran sedan. We had a mixed class with two guys wanting to run 19t. I didnt qualify well only ran 33 laps compared to my 38 track record. I even got punted into the drivers stand broke an inch and a half piece out of my chassis. Luckily I was able to glue it back in. In the main I finally had the car better. I ran 38 5:05 for the win, 4 seconds off my track record. Aaron got 2nd with 37 5:06. Brian was strong all day but got punted and his body caved at the beginning. After he got marshalled slow he became a pinball. I think the marshall put some sorta magnet in his car. In practice, before the back door was opened, we were strapped and everyone of us were equal, it would have came down to who didnt wreck. I know my run in the main would not have been possible with out bench racing with Brian and Aaron about my sliding problem.

What can you guys tell me about the v2 based 19t?

Handwound or machine wound? I'm assuming timing is not fixed?

How's the power/temp/brush wear? Any setup tips or brush combos?

We've started a super-stock class and I'm looking for an alternative to the C2.

Thanks,
Blake

I tried the V2 based 19t once but I didn't think it was any better then any other 19t. I didn't get a chance to play with timing much though. I really think its hard to beat the C2 motors. The Yok based ones are really good when you find the gear on them. We also have the Atlas based 19t. I've run it some and its a really good motor. I know Brian has done really good using his. Maybe he can post a little more info on how he liked it compared to the C2.

I agree...the C2's are smoking (Literally sometimes...they can get a bit hot).

I was able to get an Epic Outlaw 19t to run well but I had to swap out the P94 hoods for some laydown hoods.

I've got an e-mail into the sales line to get one to try.

I really like our C2 based motors. Its the only 19t I run now. We ran them at a track that allows outlaw handwound 19ts and we were running right with them. And that was with motors that were over 6 months old

Awesome. Let us know if you need anything else. If you give up some track info we can get you a good starting point for final drive.

On the Atlas based motors, i think for a small- medium sized track, it would be great... on the larger tracks, I feel the C2 is a little better b/c it just feels like it has more top end... For size reference, tracks like Trackside in Milwaukee and the Snowbirds layout would be great for the motor...

Track is high traction carpet (72x35) Platinum Hobbies (www.platinumhobbies.com). The layout right now is pretty fast, lots of mini straights. High 8s laps are about average right now.

On our C2's this weekend we were rolling out around 1.12. Motor was coming off the track at about 160*

For Stock, the ROAR is the hot motor right now and we're rolling those out at 0.92.

If your looking for a stock motor our Roar based stock called the Vision is just insane. I've seen it run with 19ts before. Finding a gearing on it is a little tricky though. Kinda gotta gear it like a mod lol. What kind of car are you running?
