hey guy's

we raced at west london today in the first round of the summer series and rob miller (ROBZ) TQ'd and won both finals running an EA Monster, rob's car was awesome so fast and smooth. there was some very good driver's in field so well done rob.

me, well I qualified 14th out of the 50 in stock so i was quite happy with that and finished 13/14th overall, run the roar with 767's and it was very good but I really rate the f-lines so hopefully they will be real soon.

let us know how you guys have got on.

MRJOLLY rob done you good today

Thanks for the reply eric, sorry I haven't got back quicker.

Motor ran really good with the Purple/Red combo and 767's, used the same set of brushes all night (3 q's and final, all @ 4mins), only really noticed drop off in the final, but as it was only a club meeting, i'm not about to go and use two sets of brushes a meeting

Was rather pleased with my motor actually, got the monster working really well for the first time, pulled strong and had good top end, although it wasn't a priority given the really tight nature of the track!

Just got back from 3days at Santa Pod raceway over here...seriously LOUD! Earth shaking loud.... just letting my ears recover listening to primal scream

Still bring on thursday, more tweakery to be performed on my monster, I'm saving the ROAR now for my first round of TORC in a few weeks

Oh an colin, are you gonna be there on thursday? Have bits of paper for you Didn't matter this week, forgot them anyway... along with my gearing chart Good thing I can remember all the pulley numbers for my car...GEEK!

Later

same here, don't i know it, racing on a budget is HARD! One set of tyres per meeting, max... I just hope the CS22's I have will be the pick for ashby on the 17th
I'll probably be running my Mazda6, red white with a black stripe down the side.
I'll probably get a new one painted for the next round though, to match my new dodge3

Eric will have to answer which brush will be in the Roar stock or other motors because I dont remember what he said there. (I'm guessing 767s)
Thank You Sir!

Thanks alot colin,
It was a good meeting, did you get me payment and did you send my stuff out yet? I forgot to ask, have you got any stickers. I had to steal an EA sticker from JP to cover my bare shell. I was pleased with the way i drove, very consistent lap times. I found a sweetspot with that motor geared around 6.2-6.3 FDR. THis is with the same brush, spring combo that i said i was running at carpetwars. great result considering the people there (Baxter, Gavin, Ricky, Mark Elms who are all awesome)

Cheers to Colin and EA

Rob

Default Team Much More

Hey Guys part of my big anouncment is that I will be carrying Team Much More racing products on my site in the next week. Placed my order tonight. If your not familiar with their products they are awsome. The chargers are small and very very good. Power supplies are small and they have many other products that are hard to find.

Along with that I will also be carrying some other "items". More on that later
