Are the posts for the front top deck supposed to be shorter than the ones for the chassis braces? You linked to 20mm Axial orange ones, but the conversion comes with 3 16mm black ones for the top deck. Or does it matter?

The front top deck posts are supposed to be shorter. You can use 20mm ones but you should use the shock tower that is angled down to get the shock back in the right spot. Depending on what we have I have been including orange or black front posts. You can get the posts black rear post to match the black front ones or get orange front and rear ones here:

Chicky, is the hardware for your kits standard or metric? Also, have you thought of doing a WGT kit?

I'm putting one together right now. It's all metric.

I have been looking at getting back into 1/12 racing and really like the Serpent S120LT. That is when I came across the OPS120L conversion and full kits.

What is different/added to the OPS120L that would be different/better then the S120LT kit?

Where can I find Paul Ciccarello S120L '11 IIC setup information?

Thank you in advance!

Both cars are very similar. The onpoint conversion has more battery positions available and a little different look. That is all. Email me for setup info. [email protected]

Hi Chicky! Good to see you and the gang last weekend.

Since I know how much you love my avatar, I thought I'd drop in and say hello.

Default OP12C Black Edition Wins Snowbirds!

On-Point OP12C Black Edition OP300B Tq's and Wins 13.5 1/12 at the Snowbirds piloted by Markus Mobers!!

The third round of qualifying saw Markus Mobers lead from the get go to the end with a new Tq. In the main the tone went off and Markus and his OP12C led start to finish. Markus used the new OP300B Black Edition conversion kit. Now available in black, the OP12C color combo is makes for easier color matching when you convert to it from other 12th cars.

Here is the setup and pictures of the car from the race. If you have any questions please ask.

Congrats to Paul and crew. Not only for their car to make a good showing but for them to as well. What a helpful bunch! Means a lot to a rookie to have someone take an honest look at their car. When I get ready to make a car change, I know where I will be looking (and whose car I would recommend) . It is one thing to have a fast car, but it is another to have direct FACTORY/TEAM support to help you get the potential out of it. Thanks for looking/helping with my car Paul! I think that kind of help and support is something the other guys are overlooking.

Awesome win for Onpoint. Sorry I didn't do as well as I hoped. When I finally got my car good, my ESC gave up the ghost... Paul as always was super helpful. I bet I saw you work/tweak etc. on at least 10 cars what little time I was in the ballroom. You can't pay most people to be as helpful as Paul is regardless of the car or driver skill. Thanks for helping out Blick as well. I've been helping him the last few weeks getting his car slowly up to speed. He's come a long way in a short time.

Can't wait till Vegas to redeem myself.
