Hey James, turn your flex charge off and raise your peak detect from 3mV/cell to 4mV/cell.

Oh, and yes, I too have inserted my packs incorrectly in the Novak "Smart" Tray, so don't feel that your alone on this issue. My batteries where inserted correctly, but the placement of my battery bars were incompatible. My pack got REALLY hot REALLY fast! Not fun!

I'm not sure if you want race reports, John... but in case you do Team Fusion just got a 1st Place in the Sportsman Stock class of T&T Hobbies Fall Series race #2.

It was my debut running outdoors on concrete with rubber tires, and it was a blast. Should be good prep for the ROAR regionals in October. Team Fusion will be represented!

You betcha.

Here's video of the racing action from that day. Look closely at the first slow-mo scene... i'm the car that started in second and passed on the inside.

John,
To get the very most out of the cells, what is the max amp you should charge at ?
This is for Stock racing 27T , maybe 19T
Donít really care about lifespan.
Thanks

You dont want to charge anymore than 6 amps during basic charging. If you do step charging your amps will very. You can charge a little higher but only for a short period of time. Hope this helps you out.

Just got the chance to run my new Fusion 3300 packs tonight in Mod Buggy at Speed Racer's Hobby in Dallas. Got second place in a *10* minute main and still had a little runtime to spare. Great packs.

By the way, the only guy who beat me was running a 4wd brushless li-poly setup...
