If the track is smooth and has decent grip try roll bars first. Otherwise try raising the roll centers on the car. Remember bars take away grip on the end of the car that they are on in general. Damping and shock geometry can help as well.

Guys..I love the fusion battery (got 6 of them!)...but one complaint that I have....it does not come shrink wrapped! So the battery sticker comes off if you use battery tapes! =( Kinda sucks...

I agree, why don't they shrink wrap them after labeling? Worries of heat retention? John??

We dont shrink wrap them as we are trying to keep the heat below a temp that would boil the goo in the middle. Hence the heatsink on the bar. Thats why they dont fade at the 4 minute mark.

thanks Josh,

John,

Do you also have concerns about the cells fitting in the cars which have less space? I know the 3700's are a little bigger and with the shrink tube they only get longer which may cause problems for the cars with less space.

No concerns really... The chassis manufacturers are all aware of the issues with cell sizes at the moment so I would assume they will govern themselves accordingly.

WOW! The off road thread is dead.....ghost town. In reference to the cell sizes of the 3700's...as far as the off-road cars go...I haven't seen or heard of any problems. Busy week with getting things ready for the State Race. I did'nt get my new batteries ordered but, my old ones are still producing enough power to run the beast. Hope to see some of you guys in Indy this weekend.

3700's huh? I haven't ordered any 3600's yet, I've heard of 3800's as well? are these coming soon too, maybe i'll wait? .

Looking to put in some runs this weekend at the Florida off road state series, 3300's are still great off-road!

I'll have to try and hook up some fresh Fusion packs for Daytona state series on-road race coming up..............Jim
