Default FUSION POWER!!

Yet another killer night at the races!

My Fusion Batteries couldn't be touched.

I was running Fusion Batt's with 1.174's and 1.179's. Guys with 1.20+ numbers on "other" batteries could'nt get out of my way fast enough. Of course, it probably did'nt help that I was pushing them through the corners! Which unfortunately led to a "demo-derby" in the A-Main. Was'nt pretty. But, Man was I fast!! Consistently faster lap-times, full power for the full race.

Thanks John, we really got something to brag about here!

I race mainly stock motors in gearboxes (trucks/buggies) and sedans. My discharge tree has a 28A draw then I put the cells on my Indi Octane-2 tray and equalise them. You guys were right, this did give me more "punchy" feeling power with higher charge. I am now charging at 6A. Thanks again for the tips.

Hey John,
How does a Kyosho Inferno 7.5 w/HVMaxx Brushless system sound to you? I'm building one

Red Z how long did you leave the cells on the indi tray for? Also what is the discharge rate of your tray?

You will find you have more run time which will mean your cell's volts will be higher at the end of the run.

Red,

Thats good. I don't really like the high discharge trays.

A big thanks to John Malin for the packs I ran at the Losi Off Road Champs. The packs were awesome! My car was incredibly fast in the B-Main of sportsman mod buggy until I got caught up with a slower car in the sweeper. Too bad B4's don't have turn signals... We'll get 'em next year.
