Everyone in this area knows who he is. It really depends on how Losi looks at it. I really think it saved them. TC4 will be out before that car, and no one knew what the Losi looked like. How many people would have bought the TC4. Now how many of those people will hold off and wait for the Losi. The thread about the losi was going slow, not much intrest because of no pics. Look at that thread now, That propley has been the hottest thread last 24 hrs. I dont think they will get rid of him for the pics, they were going to happen sooner or later with everyone else already running the car. I think that it really helped thier sales and they havn't sold any yet.

I kind of figured who it was and I agree with you guys he should not lose his ride. I was being more sarcastic than anything, as well as repeating what i had read in another thread.

Who was it?

Robbie & John - I tried to snap a few pictures of the Surge and EA stickers that Jeff made me, but for some odd reason this forum won't let me host them...stupid stupid stupid thingy!

Anyways I'm having my painter throw down a new scheme for me, and Jeff will be making some new one for those rides...so I'll have it figured out by then.

yea, I can not drive 2.5 hrs one way to go club racing all the time. Want to get some practice in before the big race there, want to also get practice at RCO since the ORL will be starting there. Not sure yet, might even do Mimis down this way, as it still is ozite carpet and ALOT of competition down this way. will have to wait and see.

Yeah, that's *completely* understandable. I remember traveling up to Marshall's which was 2.5 hours away and it was really exhausting on a weekly basis.

I reach my limit at 1.5 hours-- and even that is a little far for me.

BUT, there's nowhere else around here that has half the competition that DC has. SSH is great and all but the traffic is horrendous coming back to Jersey at night. I'm talking 2.5+ hours.

You guys have good Mini competition at your local track?

Minis, not really, not anywhere inside. There are some tracks that run them outside but that season is over. I have one, run it from time to time, but mostly just to kill time a longer races.

Yea, I want to check what classes are popular at mimis now, I know it used to be 19t and mod, it is about twice the size of DC. And it will help get the Surge name out to more tracks.

Mimi' s is about 30 min to 45 min away from us in Baltimore. They have some high caliber racers there just like DC. A. Gray is like the home track king, just blazin fast. But the like of Dunnigan, Spence, Lewis and many others. They used to host the Trinity race in Janurary or something like that. I know in the past they have had the reg 2 carpet races there, they had the nationals there a couple years ago. Bottom line if you go there a good night with alot of racers there, pretty easy to end up in b or c main.

back on thier thread I am checking to see what type of turn out they have been getting and what is the big class. I will let you guys know how it looks.
