Ratio in final drive or mmp/rev is ok either way.

Now this is a novel idea:

http://spintec.nl/ICC.shtml

Anyone tried it yet? I may have to look into this one as I think the single cell charging capability is a *very* good idea!

Surge was rocking it at the Magma Race….

Hootie made the rubber 19 turn A and finished 5th. Hootie and Mike Haynes both made the A mod main; Mike finished 5th, and Hootie 10th.

Nice racing, guys.

Don't forget, Surge Powered Bob Benton into the A main of 12th also.....with non-team packs....

Also, i came in 3rd in the 12th main behind Blackstock and Waine Vince. They were just too fast

Gary from what I remember they are still a little ways away from releasing it. I think the main problem is who is going to pay 450 plus for a charger. Have you noticed that less and less GFX's are in the pits...and the ones you see are usually only being used for discharging or motor work. Much More and what I believe to be the best charger out there for the money, the ICE charger, have taken over. The ICC will be awesome but at what cost???

I admit, in '04 when we got a GFX I didn't really want to shell out of the 400+ bucks for it.. but it is a neat 'toy' and good to have it you want to compare packs and whatnot. Honestly though, I don't think anyone needs a unit like it, unless that is, you intend to get ultra serious about racing and travel to big events. (Like so many of those do)

Racing is expensive, period. If you want to run with the big boys, you have to have all the toys. If this hobby ever does wither away to nothingness, I bet that'll be the reason... too expensive! I feel for the parents of the children who are into it...

I would think a charger capable of single cell charging would be far superior to a charger capable of a charging a pack as a whole.. A pack with every cell perfectly charged vs a pack unequally charged based upon total voltage drop across all cells. Hmm....

I wonder if it has any cycling features... Is it time to sell the GFX?
