Frank Ulbrik

Congrats man on the win at regionals.

The names he beat says it all of what he did in his win.

These batts are awsome and are proving it on the track.

I also had a good weekend racing at New Castle, In.
an oval track that has some very good competion on the track.

the results

Best Heat Lap/Time for 4 CELL 19 TURN:
BRENT LANE with 63/4:03.85

-- 4 CELL 19 TURN - A MAIN --
pos Car Laps time name id avg.mph
1 2 62 4:03.24 BRAD HAYES 33 29.02
2 1 61 4:01.94 BRENT LANE 5 28.71
3 5 60 4:01.07 JASON CRIST 6 28.34
4 8 59 4:03.55 TONY FOX 10 27.58
5 7 54 3:44.93 PHIL VANBRIGGLE 4 27.34
6 4 54 4:00.71 MARK REICO 30 25.54
7 9 17 2:34.81 CHET SWIHART 25 12.50
8 6 9 0:46.94 DAVE WHITESEL 7 21.83
9 3 8 0:34.48 DUSTY KEMP 29 26.42

Ya I finished 3rd but that said alot from the way the start of the race went.
You always have that 1 or 2 guys who think they can win the race in the first turn.
we know you can't do that.........

after coming back i was happy with 3rd even know i was 2 laps down......I qualied 5th so they missed the werk in the first turn that alot of us where in.

These batts are awsome and i only have3 runs on them and they are getting better everytime out
can't wait to see them when they reach peak with a good handling car.

thanks to all

Good morning <Yawn>

Jason, great job! You always seem to run consistantly well, and are making me feel that it was a very good decision to bring you onto our team!!!

On another note, I did a lot of R&D this weekend, the wake and bake is now officially know as "Revalation Voltage Enhancement System". I didn't have as much time as I wanted to play, mostly because I was building piles of battery packs for the nats this week. After pack #8 I had to call it a day, my brain was fogged from inhaling all the toxic solder smoke.

Oh and since I forgot to say it before - Monte welcome aboard!! Thanks for the very cool offer. I'm thinking about it!!

ghuber: you can use a fan to suck the smoke away from the battery pack.

Gman that stuff is really bad for you, I've seen it make a couple techs sick. I'll give you a small clip fan to set up over the table.

Did you get a chance to try Q_PARM_2?

Thanks Brian, i think im a glutin for punishment....probably shouldnt have run mod tc...my 12th and 19turn seemed fast at chamber in a club race last weekend....i ran mod just to be on the computer and try to get it dialed in, but my other 2 classes were much better.

Cant wait to see the layout for the race, hopefully it will be fun.
