Gary, if you and JP need something to do on sunday take a ride up to Marshall's for some road course action. They are planning an 11:00 start so hopefully it won't be a late night...........WAYNE

Warmup for nationals at the Region 8 Regionals event at my home track here in Omaha, NE. It's this weekend. I'd love to see a few fellow surge drivers make it over here for the race.

Region 8 regionals layout.

The new layout

I've got two of the Surge Prototype 19t motors on hand.

I decided not to run stock and 19t this time so I could prep for 19t more effectively. Plus... I don't have the packs for stock at the moment. I've got 2 1.175+ packs for practice and 3 of the 1.180+ deadshorted packs for the 19t quals and racing. So unless somebody wants to lend me a whole stock setup, I will not be able to run two classes. Anyone, Anyone :-)

I'll be tuning both of my Surge 19t motors exactly how you told me to.

It's an amazing facility. They fly airplanes and helicopters in there on non-race nights. The store itself is also massive and you can see how many plain kits and such they have up on the high walls in the hobby shop.

It's nice racing here and this summer they will have a 100'x200' offroad track for nitro and a shortcut version for us electric folks to race on.

If some of you East coast boys start driving today you can be here in time for the race :-).

Gary,

I haven't done a lightning body like you are talking about before. I would have to figure it out first.

Also, I am finally getting back into sedan. I am buying myself another xray from a friend so I will probably need to place a battery order pretty soon. I will let you know.

This track is located in Omaha, Nebraska. It has been great having it only about 2 miles from my house.

Drop MCollins a PM. He should be able to inform you about the Surge 19t motors.

Anthony,

I'm planning on going to the Reedy Race also. I need an entry form...if you could scan a copy, that would be awesome!

We'll get motors to the guys that need them...Also check out the thread on the Invision forum. Bob B. has run one and Mathue Bean will be running one down at the Regionals in Georgia.

My email is [email protected], if you can get that entry form.

-Mike
