Well thats really great to hear. But compared to the Duo 2 does the boss 17.5 need -5 or +5 more gearing?

I always gear very similar motor to motor in 1 cell 17.5 maybe 1 tooth either way but never more than 2. If a motor can't pull the gearing I'm asking of it then it gets tossed aside. Not a one motor I got from Nate has every not made the cut there all top of chart or better. Right now the motor I got from Nate in July is my stable when it comes to testing. As far as gearing what size track, what class limited or not? Start off always with full timing in Boss can. 90x40 track should be right around 101mm limited and 89mm with unlimited

I had a pretty good night on the track saturday night, off track was a different story. I had one of the best races I've ever seen or heard about in latemodel. Myself and the current champion swapped the lead almost every lap. I ended up with the win after Matt got broke by a lap car. But I think I'm going to take a little break I am starting to get burnt out. Good luck to all you guys on and off the track.

Nate give me a calll when you get a chance please.

Nathan,

Dale and I took a 4.5 hour trip up to Carnation, WA for the
“Pacific Northwest Short Course Shootout”
As the race host said “are friends from Oregon came up and handed us an ass spanking”
Boss Motors 1st (Dale) 2nd (Joe)
I can’t seem to burn up my Boss Motor, I’ve tried, and it just keeps going.
Thank you

I am finally joining on the tekin bandwagon. I just bought a used one off of here and should be getting it in a few days. I will have it in my 13.5 latemodel on the loose dirt for a fun Halloween race on the 10th. I just need to get me a hotwire and some base setting from you guys if I can. Can't wait! Hopefully with the tekin I will be able to be faster than the 6.5s, not just as fast as I am now.
