Why advertise it as Roar spec if you don't submit it for approval? I mailed Orca 6 times in the past 4 weeks without success. What a waste of money, I will never support Orca again.

I have never had such poor service from anyone.... Shocking!
I was told the motor was submitted to ROAR for approval but failed on the rotor part of it because the shoulder that sticks out to measure the shaft on a spec rotor was not long enough. At least this is the Email I saw from ORCA about the motor. The new design is already in production to meet the spec for the rotor.

I believe that the mk II will not work - you will need a newer program box.

I picked up an orca esc today and am looking forward to trying it out tomorrow. Does any have a good starting setup for mod sedan using a 4.5? Low-medium bite 90x40 indoor carpet.

When your in blinky it blinks for sure. I will have to look at mine to see what it does when you pull throttle/brake etc. I believe its on solid at neutral, goes off on power and then comes back on at full throttle. Same thing with brakes. But usually I have the body on and dont pay attention! LOL

Mine stay solid red in modified mode regardless of throttle or brake. I was worried I overheated it at first, but it seems like it's normal.

Some may think this is odd but I'll be stocking some of the new Orca batteries for those interested. ORCA asked if I would be willing to do that and as the North American distributor I only feel its right that I should carry them as they have been very good to me thus far. So anyone wanting some of them I'll have those in the near future (Next week along with more speedo's).
