I'm a bit confused. On the TSR site, there are two 17.5 motors. The 17.5t 1.0 "TSR1175 RACE" for $95, and the 17.5t 1.0 THE ONE "TSR1175" for $149.
Are both of the new low IR/low weight design?

Yes they are. The ONE is one that is hand assembled and the hand picked motors of all that come in that are fully tuned to your specific class you are running.

My motor should be here in time for racing on Friday. I'm replacing a Trinity 24k. What are the gearing differences you are seeing from the 24k to this motor? Just trying to narrow the starting point. Thanks.

Itll gear a touch lower in rollout. 100+ on the trinity, 94+ on the TSR. Unless you have a really small track. Usually 5-8 points less than 24k

Default Which Rotor

Even though I have a couple "The One" motors on order, I picked up a used 13.5 with 2 rotors. I assume it is not a 1.0 but what rotor is best for stock spec TOUR oval? It came with a 3&4 line rotor. Also what would be a good timing range to start (actual timing on a meter)?

That is a previous version. Is it a short stack?

The 4 line is best with 40 to 42* on a motolyser to start.

What is the length of the SS? Thanks for the reply. I look forward to getting my new motors.
