How long does it typically take to get the motor after you receive the tracking info?

From the time I receive my shipping notice, 5 days or less, if all pieces are in stock. TSR is on the east coast and I’m in central California. If not having to wait for any parts I usually get mine in 3 days.

40.5 tires

Small track
85-86 rollout to start. Watch temperatures and adjust accordingly.
Medium track
87-88 rollout
Large track
90-92 rollout

I run small track, i am 84-85, but different from one motor to next.

Default 17.5 v3

Hey guys, I picked up a second hand v3, and am wondering how accurate the endbell timing marks are. I adjusted the timing to 6.4 amps ( no pinion installed, about 7.8 volts at battery) to try and be in the ballpark, and it shows about 38 degrees. Does this sound right for this motor? I will be running indoor carpet off-road.

My motor of same is only using 3.06 amps at 38 deg on the Motolizer. It also shows the timing marks on the endbell are pretty close to the timing on the Motolizer. Please forgive my spelling.

motor timing needs to be 48* on a Motolyser and not a “motor analyzer”. Amp draw on these motors doesn’t mean anything due to how efficient they are. Or...ship it off to John at TSR, have him check it out for you and tune it for the class you want to run. He takes care of his service orders right away. Include a note about class, type track, and track type.....small, technical, sweeping etc. Chris S.👍

Just leaving a follow up. The motor ran very well. Acceleration out of corners was as strong as anyone else, however I could pull 5 to 8 feet on everyone on the straight. Came off the track at 125 to 130 degrees using a fan. Strong motor.
