Hey guy's, to start off the new year, we have the chance to lower our price's again. We work our hardest to provide the best deal for the racer's. Since we provide something for such a niche of the RC Racing hobby, we feel that having the best service and lowest prices make the happiest racers.

$35.00 for all the machined aluminum pieces of any touring car, including shipping back to your door step.

Also, we are not getting pictures of the completed cars. Everybody loves seeing custom touches on any ride, so show them off!

I also wanna wish a Happy new year to all our customers, team drivers, and fellow racers. If you ever see a Owen Racing shirt at your track, feel free to come introduce yourself. 2010 will be a great year for all of us, and we hope it is for you too.

See you at the races!

Mike Owen

Do you take international orders? Its tough trying to find a local anodiser here in the UK that will take the small orders RC cars need. We've got a TRF416 here that needs murdering out.

If you are willing to cover the shipping, I'm all for it. I have not shipped much international. I will look into what it takes. Shoot me a email ([email protected]) and we can talk more about what it will take to get your parts done.

Thanks,

Mike.

Mike,

Sent you an email about some TC5 parts but if I would have read rest of thread some of my questions would have been answered first One question I didn't ask in email is what is approximate turnaround time?

Look forward to your response.

Just clicked send on a reply for you.

Turnaround is about a week. Sadly, we are human beings with classes, jobs, and family lives, so some times we ship out next day, some times next week. 7 day max is what I like to tell people, just in case.

I answered all of your email questions and hope we can make a workable deal.

- Mike

Attention customers!

I wanna let everybody know I am running a little behind schedule on shipments. My grandfather had a heart attack this weekend, and ive been obligated to helping out as much as I can. Most of you know that this is a part time thing for me, but dont panic. All order's shipments are still under the my posted 7 day turn around. But those used to short turn around, it will be extended.

If you have any questions, as always, PM or email-

[email protected]

I have been kicking around the idea of putting a team together for the Reedy Race and Roar asphalt nationals being held at Norcal Hobbies. I really wanna catch the eyes of racers and magazines/ journalist (RC has journalist?!?!) I do not care one bit if it makes me any money. I just wanna make a "statement" of sorts.

This will be dub'd the summer 2010 Owen Racing team. Please send me a email at [email protected] with your resume attached. (Just like a resume you would have sent any of your other sponsors) Any drivers accepted will be considered team until the end of 2010. Drivers that are interested in being on the team but are unable to attend Reedy Race or the Nationals, please feel free to contact me.

Resume Application Requirements:

First and Last Name
Location
Home Track
Favorite Classes
References
Past Achievements

Thank You,

Mike Owen

Mike, I got my stuff back yesterday.

It looks awesome, Great job man. Black is usually the hardest color to do and all the pieces turned out the same color and look great. I cant wait to get my other car done.

I'll post a picture when I get it back together later this week.

Thanks again and great work.

Heres my Blacked out Photon.

The shocks are getting done next week, I was waiting on the new ones to arrive. But needless to say Mike does a great job on the Black anodizing, its all the same color and no imperfections.

Mike you must do very good work. Larry is very picky about his stuff, and is not afraid to say something if it's not perfect!

I sponsor him for motors and didn't even make the picture!

I plan on sending you some parts to get done after I see his car this weekend! I also know there are a bunch of guys at our local track eying you up also!

Ive been talking about buying color. These would be considered "Buckets". And the bad thing about keeping color in a bucket, is that it has to stay warm some how. So I dont wanna spend money on color if i'm just peeing money everytime I do a job. Blue is one of those colors that a lot of people want. And pink, weirdly .
