JRRC, the price on those batteries are high your talking about
$100.00 for batteries that are going for the most is $75.00 and that is kind of high.

There are very few packs and the demand is high. So the demand sets the price at $100!!!!!

Like anything else if people are buying them then they can seel them for whatever they want. If they are not selling them then you might see them start dropping the price some. The consumer controls what the companies can price their products at.

I bought a couple of 1.16 packs from fusion. I am most impressed. The only big gripe I have is that the assembly of one of the packs was tweaked, so when I tape it down to my chasis it doesn't sit completely flush.
Performance wise they really surprised me. I purchased a couple of another companies packs that claim to be using the same soldering technique and they were good but not as good as the fusion packs. These fusion 1.16 packs are actually better than some high 1.17 and 1.18 that I have.
I got something in my email a while back about a sale on the batteries for previous customers. I wish I didn't dump it. I certaintly would like to buy a couple more packs at a discount.

When is your next sale? Cause I'll be buying.

Just picked up my first Fusion pack with all 1.182's and 18.3's , over 440sec run time on some of the cells.....raced them a couple of weekends, then cycled them on the GFX and their dead on the numbers on the sticker......It's good to see some honest numbers.......

I recently bought 2 sets of sport packs for Emaxx. I initially charged them at 3.6 amps and the packs were extremely hot. I lowered my charge rate to 3.3 amps and the packs appear to be at a normal charge temperature.

Have you found this to be the case for fusion packs and can I charge them at a higher rate in the future?

Also how should you treat new fusion batteries in general, i.e. should you cycle them before you use them?
