I never post on the Pro-Match thread before but I have been buying from them for sometime now and most of my friend that race buy from them also, the service is always tiptop and Erika is just all ways so sweet you can't but keep buying from her. I was skeptic about getting the EP4200 so I gave it a try and was very surprise at the consistency of these packs they are not the same as the IB's but with the IB's they tend to fall off at the end of a 8 min race, with the EP's the volts are a bit lower but the volts don't fall off that much at the end of a 8 min race, so if your a consistant racer you can do the same or even more in a race with these EP's. The next thing I find you with the EP's so far is they are more durable than the IB's, the cell don't go dead after a few use and I have been putting them to use. I think we have a winner here and the price is not as high as the IB's, keep up the great work Pro-Match.

The man from the big CITY.

Default Waking up!!!

the EP4200s need to be "woken up". my cells came alive after the 5th cycle on each pack. i noticed a significant difference from a pack that was "asleep" and one that had "woken up"

I'm also very satisfied with the EP cells. I only cycled them twice then ran them and they felt great. The added durability and decrease in price is a GIANT plus!!

Hebiki,

They recommend to fully charge them for extended periods of inactivity.

My best;
IB WC 4200 = 1.246-1.248, 457se[email protected], AR 1.3
EP 4200 - 1.238-1.239, [email protected], AR 1.3-1.4

Not much difference.....10 seconds and about 1/100th of a volt. A far cheaper price and greater durability make the EP the easy choice for me. Hope this helps!

Jeff & Erika-
Like Hebiki, I'm very happy with the 4200's I bought for the TCS series. Took first in Mini in Seattle and am looking forward to Memphis.

I'm also looking for two decent IB3800's to repair a pack that got damaged. They don't have to be killer cells, just decent. Any ideas? Please reply to me at [email protected]

Thanks!
Doc

Jeff, I am just getting back into racing after 7 years. I have a few of your Smart Tray II still in my box. What is the cut-off on that discharger and is it still useful for the all these cell that have come out since I been gone.

BTW, my name is Andrew from Portland, OR. I flew down to race with you at Cactus Classis many years ago, and I even helped you with your website back in the day. You may not remember me, but hello! With that said, I'll be conacting you soon, hopefully u can hook me up with some cells and get me back in the game. I have no idea what is good anymore LOL.

Talking PRO-MATCH Dominates 2007 AUSTRALIAN TITLES

Team Promatch driver Chris Primmer has won the 2007 Offroad EP Truck Australian Titles with a dominant performance.
Chris was fastest every round of Qualifying and took TQ by 5 Seconds with Promatch EP4200 powered Team Losi MF2 Truck.
He then promptly won the first two finals, the first by a staggering 9 seconds in a complete domination of his competition.
The second he came back from a bad start to again win by over 5 seconds after being as low as 5th early in the race.

Car- Team Losi MF2
Motor - LRP Brushless 6.5
Batteries - Pro-match EP4200

Chris would like to thank Erika of Pro-match batteries for her support over the last 2 years of running Pro-match cells in his cars. He has never finished outside the top 3 in Trucks during this time, whilst using GP3700's and IB3800's but now with the Pro-match EP4200's sealed the deal with this win on the weekend.

Chris also won the 3rd leg of the A finals in 2wd Modified by 3 seconds, after earlier missing Tq by just 0.007secs.

Daniel Yarrow racing for Hunter Valley RC Cars also used Pro-match Cells to win stock truck, giving Pro-match a Truck sweep for the event.
