Did I see this right? 3rd page? What's up with that?

Back to the front!

Congrats rccardr! One thing's for sure, if you're running PM cells, you can't complain about a lack of power!

Reggie- Hey, glad to see you in here

Hey anyone do similar racing as Gates? Let him know what your preferences are. I would say that you would be safe with any of the GP's 3300-3700's or the IB's but I would see what someone that does the same style racing as you recommends.

rctoyguy- How ya doin?

Great here! We didn't have any real problems with the storm - Our power never went off, but I was ready - If it did, I figured I could power my house off my PMR packs for several days anyway!

Watching the stuff from the coast - it's mind bogling... I guess we (Birmingham) were just far enough north to avoid the really bad stuff.

Got a couple of weeks off right now - can't wait to get back to the track next week.

I would run either 3700's or the 3800's when they get them back in stock. I have been getting some awesome results with the 38's and I have low voltage packs. They seem to need a few runs before they really wake up.

Hi Erika,

My ProMatch batteries were awesome. Went from back of the C at last years Nats to 2nd in the B in GT-2 this year. Just missed the big show by 1.4 seconds ! Running those little Mabuchi motors, we need some good power behind them. Thanks for all you help. Can't wait until next year.

He Reggie, Not to butt in here, but please check to see that all of the solder connections are still in tact. Sometimes in a hard hit, the weakest solder joint can be jogged ( if that is a word) out of place and continuity will be disrupted. Hope this helps.

Like Trixter said, check the joints. I had one pack that looked fine, but would not charge. One of the bars pulled away from the cell. Try pulling up on the ends of every battery bar with your finger nail. If that is not the problem, check each cell and see if it registers any voltage.
