No, I have said the last 2 years I wanted to come out try the Reedy race and see how bad I would get spanked, lol. I got a little girl that will be here in about 6 weeks or sooner so I will racing locally for a while (or at least in the southeast )

12 years? Are you nuts - It won't be 5 years and she'll be racing - at least in club races... I have an 8 month old, and he'll be running right there with her!

Default GP 3300 shelf life

One of the local shops here has several 3300 packs with some decent numbers on them, but they've been in the showcase for quite some time...

I'm wondering how long they can sit on the shelf after the matching process before they'll deteriorate...

Do the cells need to be reasonably "fresh" when you buy them, and what might be considered acceptable?

Thanks for any opinions...

Normally it isn't an issue. It will take several runs to possibly wake them up and get them running at what they are capable of. I wouldn't be worried. Make sure you tray them as well.

i have a zero cut-off tray. Today was the first time i ran my batteries when dead shortening them. I lost some run-time. so how do i tray them to .9v/c even though i have no way of knowing on the tray? Also is it too late to ragain those run-times?

Just to let you know that erika (+jeff) are sending some 18+ 33`s on monday
once i get a few more high num. 33`s then i will start to get 37`s

re;; 27t stock racing only

Q)if you had a pack of 33`s & a pack of 37`s high no. ones
would the 33`s be better still OR would the 37`s be better with the feeling that the avg voltage in them will stay higher longer??

both packs brand new

i sense that the 33`s will be phased out eventually
