Mike_webb makes some good points.

The important thing to remember (especially GP3300s) is that no matter who you by them from (Pro-Match, Fukayama, ZX Racing, SMC, Trinity, etc) you are getting the exact same cells. They all come Gold Peak.

The only major differences between matchers is price, service and honesty. Pick a matcher who's prices you like, has good service and who's numbers you trust.

i have 4 pro match cells ranging from 1.14's..they're low numbers but gives me good results...it's old so it's not as punchy as the fukuyamas..but they are dependable..i own 2 orions, same age and numbers like pro match but they're starting to get dull...faster than pro-match..not the orions are my practice packs and pro-match for qualifiers(which by the way lead me to at least top 5 which is good) and fukuyama for mains...i haven't checked pro-match's site yet but are they the same price as fuku..if they are..i might try them again and sell my old packs

ya thnx...i was looking at the 1.16's..i think that would be enough to run stock off-road and mod on-road...i use the same numbers from fukuyama so i know it's gonna be good....i just have one question...i know the cylcle process is 5 amps charging and 30 discharging..is it safe to charge these packs at 6 amp and discharge at 10??

Yeah you can charge at 6 amps. You will get a little more voltage at the expense of less runtime. I am not saying it is good but in a pinch I have charged at 7 and 8 amps.(NOTE:This is not recommended )

As for the lathe bit sorry we can't help you there. We don't do lathes. Maybe someone here can help me out but there was a company (not sure about the name) McMaster Carr??? Or something like that who had really good bits at great prices. Hopefully someone will see this and help me out.

Whats up PMRGirl!!! You keeping the boys straight?
