The best thing is have them peak as close to race time as possible. If for some reason they sit longer than expected(race delay,charged to early,etc) then you can re-peak to warm them up and should be fine but the ideal thing is charge and race.

Warm..... I don't think I have ever heard from anyone that has good results with a cold battery. The idea is to get the battery to peak as close to race time as possible so it is warm.

Just got back from the Tamiya Worlds. I wish we were allowed to run any type of batts. The Tamiya cells needed alot of help.

Buy 2 packs of the 6 cells. Ask them to make the numbers close and make three 4 cells packs.
