Anybody know anything about this new stuff about taking the 3300s down to 0v for 6 to 12 to 24 hours before charging? There is supposed to be more run time and a little more punch.

Pops,

I think you get just as much punch from traying the batteries as you do from "deep discharging" them. Try sticking them on a tray that takes them down to about .9v per cell and leave them on there overnight and see how they feel. I think this is a safer method than taking them down to zero or dead shorting.

Slowing down a little. I'm gearing up for the TCS nats at Tamiya for Formula one. A couple of races for touring car in Sept. locally.

Very cool....Good luck at the TCS nats and locally of course. I guess my next race will be the Halloween classic in October up in Cleveland. Should be interesting....
