School, well, its going .
I have always been into both nitro and electric. I had an electric touring car before I had a nitro, actually. Right now I am racing carpet at TFB every week; I'm doing pretty well. I am also going to race 19 turn at the Snowbirds this year! (this is why I am questioning the arcor x brush)

They should come with either green brushes or the green+/blue- combo. Both are great. When I was running greens, and with the correct gearing, I was able to get 3-4 runs with them. Maybe 5-6 if I break them in really slow. Overall the best brush I've ran in a long time.

danjoy25- They come with Green/ Blue brushes. They are great out of the package! If you want to use all greens for more power, it's at the expence of more motor maintenance.

Kennedy- We distribute Putnam products... Is there anything we can do for you? PM me.

it looks like http://www.superiorhobbies.com/ is down now whilst a new site is being created. Can someone tell me more about this new quad magnet stock? Of what motor is it based off?

As far as I know, Todd is using tear downs of the Epic quad can and arms.

Well the new arms all comes from Japan already machine wound. What makes it different from the monster arm is the number of laminations on the poles. There are less on the outlaw epic. They were able to achieve this by removing laminations on the inside of the stacks rather than the outside, that way the arm is still "legal" with the proper length of wire. The can is simply four magnets on the inside. And yes they are still 27 turns and the endbell is locked at 24deg.

Motor was AWESOME!!!!!! I was 2 seconds behind peter in qualifying. After I looked to rebuild it, the green brush on the pos end was burnt, but I still ran it lol. So it wasn't as fast as when it had good brushes. My first run it felt super fast for a 19T. The brushes for the 1/12 worked out great. Amp draw went way down and the motor felt strong the whole run. I just need to work on it a bit to get some more punch (probably put red springs instead of green). But thatnks guys, putnam stuff rulz. I need some putnam stickers now!
