Always a good time in Cleveland at the NORCAR Bingo Palace and Fallout Shelter.
Seriously, the track is great with the re-laid carpet. Very consistent.

I am still upset we did not have more of the mad mike skills of MC Seaball laid down upon us.

Just to reinforce the quality that Hurricane produces........

I would like everyone to know that the cells I qualified as high as 3rd with, before being bumped down to 5th place were Hurricane cells that I purchased from the Hobby Shop when I arrived there. I had nobody helping me prior to Brad. I bought the Batts because the pack I bought at the Nats to run in my 12th scale put me 3rd in the B......only due to some rough qualifiers.

I also would like to thank Brad for giving me the chance to run a killer pack in the A main, also for building my motors. He's agreat guy and really knows his stuff.

Congrats to all of the drivers that used Hurricane Batteries and Gold Brushes at the Halloween Classic this last weekend. Thanks for the support. You guys (and gal) did an excellent job. Also thanks to Jim Herrmann, Chris Goetz and the rest of the crew at The Gate for putting on one of the best races of the year.

Alright guys - Lets get ready for some more traveling! We will be in full attendance to show our support for the Midwest Series.

Keep watching the Website for brand spanking new updates. A new page is being created as you read this.

Thanks - Brad

Hmmm... I would love to race at Trackside this year.... This midwest race might just be the event to dip my toe into the WI shark tank.

Anyone heard any rumors about the location of the carpet nats this year?

BTW: Glad you all had some fun at the race last weekend. Count me among the jealous.

I think that if they had the nats in Cleveland again, it would become the carpet racing center of the universe. But then, that might cause a black hole, and all the Ozite and racers would get pulled into some kind of worm hole and all get dumped out on a 1/5 scale track in Germany......

RobK,
This is a scary thought but could happen. Fortunately, we could imbark on a mission to find a carpet track which could appear like a mirage on the horizon... only we would require rubber tires which would entirely defeat the purpose of the carpet in the first place.

Brad-you were showing me the X3 charger and I ordered one yesterday. Can you tell me if its got a 10 minute lockout and if its better in stock 12th to charge higher at end of peak or at beginnning?

Trying to figure out a few things before I receive it.

Thanks,
Ray

Thanks for the batteries for last weekends race, Brad! I had a great finish with Team Hurricane cells for 6th and 10th place. I was in the lead on the first day, but we had a big controversy and they restarted everyone. After that I had a few issues with a motor shifting on me and tire coming off the bead, but I still placed well. I had plenty of power all weekend!

Thanks again!
