Hey guys, thanks for the incredible response to the new Web Special. If your thinking of ordering, do it now before the special is over.
I will be out of the office all weekend. The Paved Oval Nats are going on, so I will be up there helping out the Hurricane drivers. All orders placed this weekend will be shipped on Monday 08/16.
Thanks - Brad

NORRCA Nat's
We have completed the first two rounds of qualifying, but its been decided that there will be a total of 6!!
The track record has fallen by the wayside. In fact, the track record has been beaten by the top 10 drivers in 19T already.
I have managed to get into the 9 slot, but there are a few fast guys without good runs. I bobbled like a putz twice early in two runs that would have me in the 6 slot. Oh well, there is lots of qualifying tomorrow. The traction is insane, and the competition is fierce.
A local guy Kumpol has the TQ by 3 seconds over Alex Lopez at the moment.

Well NORRCA is over. I ended up qualifying 9th in the A-main and finished up 8th overall in 19T.
Let me tell you that Brad's cells were as high as 2nd in the A until the majik dot slapped the car onto the roof. Oh well, it was a heck of an event and the Hurricane power got its props.
The car was absolutely awesome... dialed... on rails.
Thanks to all of you for your support.
Go Hurricane!
Props go out to our very own Kevin Kane for the paint job. It received many compliments for how easy it was to see and how great the color scheme was. The picture is attached for all to see.

Congratulations to our Oval Team at the Paved Oval Nats this weekend at the Tri-Clone in West Bend, WI. Hurricane driver Ken Pepe won the Outlaw Stock class(trinity based motor). This is Ken's first National Championship. Danny Detloff and Paul Schwanbeck finished 2nd and 3rd in the Modified class. There was three Hurricane drivers in the Stock Handout A Main. Hurricane Driver Steve Goemans finished 2nd in the hottly contested 19 turn class. We also had 2 Hurricane Drivers in the Brushless A Main. It was a very good showing for Hurricane Motorsports this weekend.
Great Job to Richard Orr for making the A Main at the NORRCA Outdoor Paved Nationals in Atlanta, GA. Richard used Hurricane Batteries to power his wasy to an 8th place finish in a very competitive A Main.
Thanks - Brad

Here is a picture of the A-Main group from NORRCA. Lots of lost sleep amongst that group :->

Kumpol, did I pay you to say that? Another local guy with a great run over the weekend. His Tamiya 415 was ballistic all weekend. It had the Florida guys baffled for two days, and held TQ up until the last qualifier (number 6).
